Ski Buses

There are two ski bus routes.

Route One: Ruka Village – Ski Bistro – Ruka Village

This takes you from Ruka Village to the other side of the hill where the main skiing area is (also accessible by taking the ski lift from Ruka Village and skiing down the other side) to Ruka Bistro, stopping at Vuoselli (where the ski school meeting point and second ski hire shop hire) on the way.

Route Two: Ruka Village – Ruka Salonki – Ruka Village

This route takes you from the village, through the log cabin areas at the very bottom of the hill, past the supermarkets and back up into Ruka Village.

The bus runs once an hour and journey takes around 20 minutes.  This time table can also be found on your Ruka piste map available for free throughout Ruka.

Free with lift pass whilst lifts are running (09:30 – 19:00)
Without lift pass and after lifts close:

€4 adults each way
€2 child (4-11) each way
